AEO Status
Offering services by Road, Sea, and Air Eurosprint Freight Services have over 30 years of supporting clients with International customs requirements.
Our processes have been checked thoroughly by HMRC and we are delighted to have achieved the AEO STATUS. This status is an internationally recognised quality mark that shows our role in the international supply chain is secure and the customs controls and procedures are efficient and meet UK and EU standards. (Think of this as a Michelin Star for customs agents)
AEO is not a mandatory requirement, but it does give quicker access to some simplified customs procedures and in some cases, the right to ‘fast-track’ shipments through some customs and safety and security procedures.
Customs Clearance Consortium
Even with a Free Trade Agreement in place, leaving the EU will generate an estimated 200 million clearances per annum. Many businesses are not ready and the IT infrastructure to cope with this huge and sudden rise in demand does not exist. What can we do about this?
Eurosprint has invested in setting up the UK’s largest Customs Clearance Consortium employing around 100 people, supported by the Government and lead by a former Director at Dover Port – the UK’s main gateway with Europe.
As a founder member of the Customs Clearance Consortium, we have access to unlimited resources and knowledge 24/7.
New Representation, New Software, New Staff, New Training.
In preparation for leaving the EU Eurosprint has joined the 5 Star Network, a worldwide network consisting of over 200 approved and tested agents. We have invested in new staff, new software and given everyone the opportunity to take on new training with The Institute of Export. We have had 2 years to prepare for leaving the EU, not only are we ready we are also here to help you be ready.
