Location: Coleshill, North Warwickshire (Office-based)
Salary: £28,000–£34,000 per annum (pro rata) + commission
Employment Type: Full-time, 0900-1700hrs, Part-time hours also considered

The Role
We are seeking highly motivated and tenacious Indoor Sales Executives to join our expanding team. This is a crucial role for a natural self-starter who excels at building lasting customer relationships and closing deals over the phone, email, and virtual meetings. You will play a pivotal part in driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and representing our brand to potential and existing clients across our road, sea, and air freight services.
What you will do
Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and online research.
Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, handling inbound sales inquiries and providing product demonstrations.
Work towards and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets with the support of the sales team and management.
Generate accurate and competitive quotes for road, sea, and air freight services.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Accurately update and maintain customer information and sales activity in our CRM system.
What we are looking for
Essential:
Proven experience in a target-driven indoor sales or telesales role, within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Experience using CRM software, with strong data inputting skills.
A highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-starting attitude.
Desirable:
Experience working within a B2B environment.
Experience with video messaging tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom) for prospecting.
